   What jobs pay more than $50,000
   
   I am interested in what careers have salaries of $50,000 or more.  I am especially interested in jobs that really do not require much in the way of training or education.  Feel free to respond in general because I respect your right to privacy, but please give as much detail as possible including how many years you have been in that job.

   There is not many job that pay that much for no education or training. I would really suggest doing a job like customer service or along the lines of it.

   In today's economy, where jobs are scarce, the IT and internet jobs are generating huge revenue. With computer technology expanding in all areas of life, revenue in these fields will only increase.

   I think if you want an easy job that can earn you $50,000 you should become an RN nurse (2 years at community college or get a BSN in 4 years) and take a night/graveyard shift. Generally, you can get paid a lot in you work in places that no one else wants to. I think Las Vegas has a really high salary for nurses since people don't want to work there b/c of all the angry drunks & druggies & hobos you'll have to deal with on a daily basis. The last time I checked, one of the hospitals in Summerlin was willing to give a $10,000 bonus to anyone willing to do graveyard shifts at the hospital and sign on as an night nurse.

   I submitted this question because I heard of a guy who in his first year of work, was making $62,000 per year checking on natural gas wells.  He does not even have a college degree.  I am a teacher with student loans, have been at my job for 13 years and have a Master's plus 60 hours.  I barely make more than $50,000.  I am just wondering how many jobs are out there that it would be seriously worth considering a career switch so that I am not forced to make financial decisions based entirely on whether or not I will have money left over at the end of the month.  If you know of anything, I am all ears.
