Should a first time buyer in the UK buy now, or will the house prices keep coming down into 2010 and beyond?!
No body can tell you with certainty what will happen.
According to the National Housing Federation forecasts, house prices
in England will fall this year and next (2010) before recovering and stabilising in 2011. The National Building Society on their part has said there is a reasonable chance, house prices could end the year higher than they started in 2009. Still another group the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, said its members in Wales said they expected house prices to rise and the number of house sales to increase. who to believe?
Heh, think about the barbecue summer we were promised this year before you believe any predictions about house prices and bear in mind long term forecasts are unreliable.
