    more info on outside statue debt collecting

    a 3rd party collection agency persued me, when a traffic accident was dismissed in court when party didn't show up.  the accident was in 1994, dismissed in 1998 and 3rd party collection agency has suspended my driver's license in 2007 after finding in it in public records and court has destroyed filed documentation.

    I don't believe a third party collections agency can suspend your driver's license. There's gotta be more to this. They can garnish wages, but taking away your license limits your ability to work, and therefore is against their interests.  Besides, only the judiciary can suspend a license.
