How do I get a number to TALK TO A PERSON???
i HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT AND I NEED TO TALK TO A PERSON - I HAVE TRIED ON THE PHONE BUT JUST GO AROUNG IN CIRCLES BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO CHOICES TO TALK TO A LIVE BODY?

1) Press 0, #, or * repeatedly during the automated messages
2) Try saying "help" or even swearing during the automated messages
3) Hold without responding via touchpad during the automated menu questions

Generally, pressing "0" -- even if it's not a menu option -- will connect you to a real, live operator. But there are some (rare) instances where that will only get you an error message. In that case, try acting like you wish to order, subscribe to, or pay for something. Hasn't failed for me yet.
Trying using their web site. Oftentimes you can send an email directly to a department. Send a letter via snail mail explaining your situation.
Another solution is to have a lawyer send a letter with the legal firm's letterhead. Lawyers always get a company's attention.
Almost always the company does provide an option to speak to a real person even though the department isn't the one you need. So try using one of the choices they provide.
