CALCULATION OF INVESTMENT INTEREST 2010
RETURN ON INVESTMENTS FOR SARS.
SIDNEY COAD WILLIAMS
I HAVE 4 INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS
MY SARS INVESTMENT RETURN FROM ABSA REFLECTS AN INTEREST RETURN ON INVESTMENT OF ABOUT 16% WHEN IT SHOULD SHOW A RETURN OF ABOUT 8%
I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS ISSUE WITH A CONSULTANT AT ABSA BANI, WALMER PARK BRANCH PORT ELIZABETH AND I WAS REFERRED TO ABSA HEAD OFFICE.
IT IS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION THAT ABSA CAN GIVE ME A RETURN ON
ABOUT 16% .
IF I SUBMIT THIS RETURN TO SARS AND THEY TAX ME ON THIS INFLATED RETURN THEN WHEN THE PROBLEM EVENTUALLY IS SORTED OUT GETTING MY MONEY FROM SARS IS AN EVENT TOO HORRENDOUS TO CONTEMPLATE.
SIDNEY COAD WILLIAMS.
I DO NOT WANT TO DIVULGE MY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT PARTICULARS ON AN INTERNET CONNECTION BECAUSE OF PHISHERS WAITING WITH BATED BREATH TO CAPTURE THE INFORMATION AND COMMIT FRAUD.
MY INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ON YOUR COMPUTER.
I BANK AT ABSA WALMER PARK BRANCH IN PORT ELIZABETH.
MY ADDRESS IS BOX 210942 - THE FIG TREE, PORT ELIZABETH 6033.
PLEASE SUPPLY ME WITH YOUR HEAD OFFICE PHYSICAL ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN SEND YOU A REGISTERED LETTER WITH ALL THE RELEVANT DETAILS.

Hi - a cash on cash return calculation question.I have an agent presenting multi-family property and is attempting to factor in the principle reduction to the cash on cash return calculation. In other words, pre-tax cash flow plus principle reduction divided by investment. Is that common?
