If you're talking about your Hubpages, then you have to do a number of things.
1. Write good, interesting content, and write it well.
2. Read other people's Hubs and leave comments on them; follow the people whose work is of interest to you.
3. Answer questions; not flippantly or simply to bring up your numbers, but because you really want to help with your anwers.
4. Take a look and contribute to forums.
5. Ask questions you'd like to know the answer to.
6. Arrange your links (don't know much about this myself, but I'm sure others will advise you.
We get what we give on Hubpages. If you want people to read you - read them!

I feel dejected. How can I motivate myself to write again at Hubpages?I have 23 hubs and my last hub was over 3 weeks ago. I have over 50 drafts waiting in my account. I just can't get myself to complete even one of them... Traffic and earnings have been steadily falling... Please help me!...
