what should I do if I enter a wrong email add in the application form for adsense account?
You can reapply using the correct email address. Adsense sends an account verification email to whatever email address you registered with with a link in it. If that link isn't clicked within a set time it ignores the registration and won't register the wrong email. Just reapply and double check to make sure your email address is correct.
