spill, should I be paid 5% of the check received from BP? My CPA wants to list it as other Income below the bottom line instead of listing on top with my other revenues.
In my opinion, yes you should be reimbursed. But, you may have to look at any contractual agreements you made with your hotel. How can it be listed as other income when it is going directly to your hotel? It is still revenue that is being deposited into their bank accounts. I would get a free consultation from a lawyer.
