Yes you can but you will not be able to electronically file. You will need to prepare a substitute W-2 form to send in with your tax return. You can obtain the form from IRS.gov. On the form, you will write how much you earned, the amount that was withheld or a very good estimate if you aren't sure, and the amount withheld for FICA and Medicare or a very good estimate.
