Paying necessary obligations on a deceased family member's account(s)
I live with an elderly family member who has obligations such as auto, insurance, taxes etc...; and I want to know that in the event of her passing how do I go about paying for these things?
The executor of her estate would handle payment of her obligations. Are you the executor? If so, you'd contact the people who she owes money to and arrange to pay the debt from her estate.

I just read on the Forum that another Hubber has passed away. I have often wondered how long HP keeps their account open along with their profiles, Hubs, etc.
