By giving them bonus. Like if you save ten you'll get 2 bonus and make a competition "A prize for the saver of the month" or things like that.

I have a son who recently turned four years old. We are going to start giving him some money each week for doing a couple of small things like picking up his toys, putting his clothes in the hamper, etc.
He is going to have to save a portion for the future, give a portion away and then he can spend or save the rest for something he wants. I think the point is to start them young so that it becomes an ingrained habit.
