   The cheapest way to ship internationally has got to be Shipito. I have shipped almost a hundred packages through Shipito and they suprise with a new way to save everytime.

      If you use a forwarding company to shop and ship you should choose one that's located in a state that doesn't have a sales tax. I use a company called AmForward (http://www.amforward.com), they are in Portland, OR, so you save money that way.

   check this site out. this is a USPS re-seller, except their prices are lower than USPS Online, for both domestic and international. They can give you up to 30% off on express and up to 20% off on Priority International. Their domestic rates are better than anything I've seen too.
