What tax category is best to choose if you are a non US citizen?
I have just joined hubpages and I am having problems with the tax questions. I live in Australia (therefore am not a US citizen) but I have no idea what tax category to choose - anyone have any ideas. Thanks
I think you just have to tick a box that says you have no business in the US then follow the prompts to enter your other details, I don't remember having a problem and i'm also a non US citizen living in Europe.I think there's also a wizard you can use and just follow the prompts.
Like Rob said just say your a Non - US citizen and you have no business relations in the US whatsoever, then you just have to enter some details - that's it!!
Try it out and let me know. If you have any problems contact me through my HP profile as I can only answer a question once.
But, I'm sure you won't need further help :-)
