If its a perishable good, i think of cost. if its a durable good i think of quality
It depends on what it is I'm buying, in terms of something like car insurance, I went with cost, for food, it's quality first.
quality. Quality gives you more bang for your buck in the long run.
I look at the cost of the item first and then try to find a quality item in my price range. I'm extremely frugal and am always looking for a great deal.
