If I already paid all my outstanding balance in my credit card?
Can I still deposit money on it?
Why would you want to deposit money on to a credit card? A credit card is meant for credit. Why would you want it to become a debit card? Surely you can just use your bank card?
I supposed if you overpay your bill, the credit card company will "credit" your account (or is it "debit"). I think I ended up getting a check in the mail when this happened to me. Remember, you won't earn interest. Why not open a bank account?

Have any of you given up using credit at all successfully?We are trying to pay off the mortgage early and have given up all credit cards and have no car payments etc. Our goal is to live completely debt/credit free asap. It is definitely easier said than done! Have any of you done this...
