Are Internet Gurus Dishonest
I need to know why web experts are portrayed as been unscrupulous. I have heard the phrase, no-one likes gurus...Why?
My opinion of gurus, and I assume that you are talking about Internet marketing gurus, are as follows:
- they are very interested in your money and not so interested in whether their customer gets what they need.
- on the whole, their products or advice while not worthless, tend be rather generic, and definitely not worth what you pay for or what the ads claim.
- most products are full of hype, very nicely packaged and advertised, but doesn't really deliver what was promised.
- many products simply rehash old content in new ways.
Having said all that, I'm sure that there are gurus out there who really deliver and are worth their weight in gold. But, the trick here is how to cut through all the hype out there, and find the genuine article.
Depends on what the specific Guru is trying to do, if he is trying to sell your something then more then likely he is going to give you common information that can be easily googled. The best tips and tricks are usually kept for the individuals that discover said tricks out. This is to avoid people ruining the market or niche the person has set up. If the guru offers the information free of charge then I would say he is not being dishonest or trying to rip you off. That is the main reason why I do not buy things that offer me something like niches, or methods to make a lot of money online.

Isn't this a red flag and also considering the fact that she also...
