How much do you spend on groceries/toiletries/household products for the month?
I've seen a lot of budgets just for food but I'm interested in total supermarket spends.
It is a horrendous amount because of our diet soda habit, and our budget includes all of our toiletries etc. But I would say a safe estimate average is 30 to 40 dollars a day. When I pay all the bills I allow a $70 per diem but we rarely use it.
we spend around $1,300.00 a month depending on what we are doing.
I suppose this could vary wildly depending on where you live and cost of living, as for our family of 2 people and 3 pets, we spend around $700 a month.
We spend about $300 per month, with me and my husband in our family. We eat a lot of fresh veggies and fruits, cook at home regularly and hardly any processed foods.

I'm about to move out on my own and was just wondering what other singles spend each month on groceries. It seems like what I've worked out so far for my buget has a huge chunk needed for food so I'm curious.
