Do you still use a human bank teller?
Do you still deal with human bank tellers on a routine basis?
With online banks and electronic fund transfers, there's much less need to visit your local bank. Do you still routinely conduct in-person transactions with a human bank teller?
I love visiting my bank and talking to someone in person. However it saves more money to stay with online banking.... If you're with Bank of America.
