Work at home customer service jobs that do not require a phone
I was wondering was there any customer service jobs that will let you use Skype or another means for doing work instead of having a phone installed.
There are some that I have seen posted on job sites like Monster, Indeed and Simply Hired where it is essentially the same role as the phone customer service representative but they are based using their chat/IM system.
Whether these are legitimate positions or not though, I do not know as I have not experienced these nor do I know of anyone who has.
I would be careful and do a LOT of research on any company/job you find that is like this, regardless of what it uses (phone or computer).
I think there are some customer jobs in freelance websites that uses skype and not phone. They are outsourcing the work from people in different countries, hence, using skype or similar program.
