On time monthly payments, debt, & credit quantity (how many cards you have). If you fail to pay your card's monthly bill on time it will lower your score. It greatly lowers your score if you have an outstanding balance on a card in which you have not payed anything on in 6+ months. This applies to loans, cell phone contracts, & house payments/renting as well.
