    Hahaha...yes. Until next tax season, when the statue of liberty comes out of her cave, waves at her shadow for 10 bucks an hour, hides some eggs and checks for an early spring. Er, easter. Errr...tax season.  Why do all these things happen at once?!

    Yes. However they will wear their costume at least long enough, as proof of working,as they stand at unemployment. Many will lose their work release from their local jail.
