When we were buying our house we ran into trouble with the title/deed. The woman selling the house was married when she bought it, had divorced the husband, and he had since died, but she never took his name off the title, which apparently is a big no-no. That took a couple of weeks to untangle.

I seem to have a problem picking a good title for my hubpages, and i don't know how this could adversely affect my performance on here.
