How much do we need in order to buy a house in the USA?
Could someone provides me with more details about the price of a house in the busy city like New York and California? Prefer with the name of the real estate agent attach.
It depends on where in the city or state you're looking. If you want a home anywhere near the city of NY or at lease a semi reasonable commuting distance, (within and hour of the city) you can get a house for the low 400k's without living in a ghetto. It would probably need some work, but they're out there.
I could refer you to an agent, but you would have to email me privately for that
It totally depends on where you are (what state). I live in a very depressed area in Montana and you can find houses from $80,000 on up depending on acreage.
