Branded or Non Branded?
While buying goods, do you prefer branded or non-branded items?
I don't make it a point to buy name brands. I do like certain brands though. When I buy pet food, I buy specific brands.
I buy store brand taco shells because they are soy and gluten free, while brand names have soy (which I can't eat).
But, one time I purchased a sugar-free store brand product and it was horrible. I preferred the name brand of that.
When I buy clothing though, I really like certain brands. There is one name brand store I won't shop in at all because I think their clothing is poor quality. So, I guess it all depends on the item for me.
I prefer to go with branded products because of warranty and less risk involved. Some brands have acted to ensure quality of products/services, though non branded stuff is of same quality in most cases. If it is of day-to day products, I go with my neighborhood non-braned items.
