Yes, I certainly believe you can. For instance, if you have stock for a gun company who supplies the war then you will gain for its use. Also, let us say you had the only hammer within thirty miles of a disaster area, you really could charge $400 and get away with it because it is in need. As long as you have the means or are involved in the means utilized in aiding thses disasters, you will gain from your contribution/involvement. It is why our country is "wealthy" and it is why we never really ever seem to finish a war. If the war ends, politicians don't get their profit.
