Do you think that online applications make it harder for people to find employment?

Paper or online? Which one do you think is helpful in your employment search?

Yes, it's designed that way. Most jobs get flooded with applicants, so they need ways to filter the number down. One of those methods is by weeding out people who can't use computers. It's kind of sad, but most jobs today require computer use in some capacity, so it's not an unrealistic requirement. Plus it eliminates paper waste and auto-organizes applicants into a program/inbox.

Thanks for your comment! It is so hard for job seekers to get a job in society today. I think online applications make it easy for employers to pass down individuals without giving good reason.

That is also true. When behind a computer, it's easier to remove the human side of things and, thus, easier to issue out rejections.
