The World/U.S. Census Speaks for Itself. A Change is Gonna Come.(Equal Rights for Everyone)

Updated on September 5, 2013

Thumbs up to change

The changing times

Yes, change is gonna come - Like it or Not.

'Equality for everyone' is essential to freedom.

  • Time, tide, (and social changes) wait for no one.

We must adapt to the times and move forward along with the will of the majority without trampling the minority to death.

Diversity is truly a good thing unless we want a race of drones.

World/U.S. census Speaks for Itself.

Conservatists are still desperately fighting progress.

''Change is gonna come. Like it or not''.

There is no doubt about this title !!

Here is something the conservatives can not stop - unless of course they continue to condone the killing off of such enemies as abortion providers, homosexuals, Muslims, Jews, liberals and (now moving up a notch), those dreadful "centrists".

Justice is blind - and so should be undeniable equal rights

the scales of justice must remain blind
the scales of justice must remain blind

Indisputable Statistics

These Facts are not up for debate

Regarding U.S. census:

Dec. 1990 US census totaled 248,709,873

Dec. 2000 US census totaled 281,421,906

Dec. 2010 US census totaled 308,745,538

Regarding world census:

Dec. 2010 World population 7,076,792,650

Dec. 2037 Projected world pop: 10,299,634,568

From USA today ticker tape readings:

Jan. 10, 2011 at 09:45am US. Population: 310,874,899

Jan. 10, 2011 at 09:55am US. Population: 311,864,860

It is estimated that the gay population is 1 out of 6.

As of this morning:

Jan. 10, 2011 at 09:45am US gay population: 185,991,280

Jan. 10, 2011 at 09:55am US gay population: 187,870,390

Jan. 10, 2011 at 09:45am World gay population: 424,607,559

These are formidable numbers that should be giving pause to the continuance of attempting to stifle, ignore, deny or try to push this number of people back into that proverbial "closet"; or to continue to deny equal rights to.

Haters vs equal rights

An exercise in futility

The conservatives can either choose to once again try to eradicate their 'enemies', as their predecessors did when christian armies tried to wipe their opponents (the original 3rd Reich); or get a grip on reality and go with the flow of the tides, time, sensibility, and inevitability.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, and the continuance of negative rhetoric, hate speeches, bible thumping and sticking of heads in the sand, serve no purpose and need to come to an abrupt halt.

There are lots of things in life, that we as individuals, find personally distasteful that do not directly have any bearing on our own personal existence.

The lifestyles of other people is a major one. So, stop already, with the fruitless efforts (no pun intended) to try to stop the tides of time from flowing, and that inevitable change (progression into the future).

Change is not going to hurt the conservative beliefs any more now, than it has in the past, or than it will in the future.

But stepping aside to gracefully allow that inevitable change will certainly appease (bring to a state of peace, or quiet) much of the pain and suffering of human beings that have just as much right to be on this earth as each one of those pseudo "conservatives" do.

Yes, beauty is certainly still only in the eye of the beholder; and sin is certainly still only in the minds of the uneducated.

We all have the right to keep our beliefs, no matter how bizarre they are, but we all must learn to keep our baseless beliefs to ourselves, and to please, make room for others who do not share them, and kindly stay out of their space.

I do not know about the "God" that 'conservatives' adulate, but mine makes NO 'mistakes' that mankind needs to admonish, or correct.

Flipping a coin to decide who gets equal rights and who does not - state by state

Verifying the census (consenus) figures

If anyone doubts my census figures, visit the World/U.S. Census site and view their ticker tape count down for:

  • US Population
  • Births this year
  • Deaths this year

or visit the census to view their ticker tape countdown.

By the time you look at these sites, the figures quoted above will have changed dramatically.

Also, as a point of interest, as of this day (1/10/11), besides the District of Columbia, there are only 4 (four) states that recognize same sex marriages: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Vermont.

All true leaders in equality, justice, compassion and the fortitude to stand against the conservative mentality. The fact that this movement needs to be such a great battle for justice and equality at all, is truly just another American shame.

This country should NEVER have the right to "vote" on allowing basic human rights to any portion of the population. It is an affront to our very constitution that brags about 'equality and justice for all'.

As of 4/9/2013 there are 12 states that have legalized same sex marriages.

There is no reversing this trend and in time the U.S. will grow up and join the more intelligent countries around the world who openly accept everyone as equals.

Now as of July 2014, there are 14 states and D.C. that have legalized same sex marriages - and still counting.

We all must embrace the future and try to live in peace and harmony with ourselves and with others.

Just like the left, attacking and putting people down. And you call the religious factions bigots. I just disagree with you, and you have to be !

What happened to my last comment? You don't believe in free speech either, it appears. Just like the left, they want to control everything and make everybody do what they want. What happened to freedom and liberty. Oh, yeah the left do not like the constitution and the Bill of Rights.

      Keep on hubbing!

Thanks for stopping by and commenting, as meaningless as your comment is. Sarcasm is never an acceptable response. Looking at your religious background, i can certainly understand your slanted view of the world. Bigotry is inherent in all religions around the world.

Thanks for your comments. I never advocate the taking away of rights from christians, or anyone else. In fact it is just the oppposite. My intent is to help in obtaining equality for everyone. The christian movement has little relevance to me, but i do protest their spewing hatred for gays, based on an antiquated and unsubstantiated belief system. I have asked my "God" on many occasions to give me guidance on how to deal with the injustices imposed on the gay community, by the "self-righteous" so called christian moral majority. I have His total support and blessing, to continue to write my articles, and post them, in the hope of bringing some enlightment to people about how destructive their slanted opinions truly are. There is NO malevolence in the spirit of my creator. I actually feel sorry for anyone who has the need to 'fear' their creator. There is no Karmic retribution for genetic differences between people. The damages to one's cosmic karma is only in respect to the deliberate, self-serving and destructive harm that they impose on another soul, whether it is physical or mental is also irrelevant.

The problem conservatives have is the same problem Muslims have: they think they have the right to impose their beliefs upon everyone. Oh wait, liberals believe the same thing. Actually, it is a human condition that the majority always try to impose their beliefs upon the minority. Just take a look at history. In this country we are about equal, so there is always a battle.

The liberals want to take away the rights of Christians, even though most of the immigrants they claim to support are, in fact, Christians. Why are we in this mess? Satan. Turn everyone against everyone, that's the way to win.

Everyone would do well to respect other's rights to live free. What did our founders write? ", liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." I am a conservative, a real God fearing conservative. No where in my Bible have I found any God given justification to impose my beliefs upon others. If people want to be gay, that is their business, and none of mine. They aren't taking away anything from my rights by being gay. Let them get married, the only lives they will ruin are their own. Most marriages end in divorce anyway.

I'm not afraid to say that anyone who disagrees with me on this is a deceived person and needs to read the Bible instead of listening to prejudiced preachers spewing their intolerance upon the world. No one has the right to make rules that infringe on a person's right to live as they want, provided that they aren't causing problems for anyone else. I agree that gays can be "in your face" obnoxious sometimes, but then, so can just about everyone else.
