The World/U.S. Census Speaks for Itself. A Change is Gonna Come.(Equal Rights for Everyone)
Thumbs up to change
The changing times
Yes, change is gonna come - Like it or Not.
'Equality for everyone' is essential to freedom.
- Time, tide, (and social changes) wait for no one.
We must adapt to the times and move forward along with the will of the majority without trampling the minority to death.
Diversity is truly a good thing unless we want a race of drones.
World/U.S. census Speaks for Itself.
Conservatists are still desperately fighting progress.
''Change is gonna come. Like it or not''.
There is no doubt about this title !!
Here is something the conservatives can not stop - unless of course they continue to condone the killing off of such enemies as abortion providers, homosexuals, Muslims, Jews, liberals and (now moving up a notch), those dreadful "centrists".
Justice is blind - and so should be undeniable equal rights
Indisputable Statistics
These Facts are not up for debate

These are formidable numbers that should be giving pause to the continuance of attempting to stifle, ignore, deny or try to push this number of people back into that proverbial "closet"; or to continue to deny equal rights to.

Haters vs equal rights
An exercise in futility
The conservatives can either choose to once again try to eradicate their 'enemies', as their predecessors did when christian armies tried to wipe their opponents (the original 3rd Reich); or get a grip on reality and go with the flow of the tides, time, sensibility, and inevitability.
The wheels of justice turn slowly, and the continuance of negative rhetoric, hate speeches, bible thumping and sticking of heads in the sand, serve no purpose and need to come to an abrupt halt.
There are lots of things in life, that we as individuals, find personally distasteful that do not directly have any bearing on our own personal existence.
The lifestyles of other people is a major one. So, stop already, with the fruitless efforts (no pun intended) to try to stop the tides of time from flowing, and that inevitable change (progression into the future).
Change is not going to hurt the conservative beliefs any more now, than it has in the past, or than it will in the future.
But stepping aside to gracefully allow that inevitable change will certainly appease (bring to a state of peace, or quiet) much of the pain and suffering of human beings that have just as much right to be on this earth as each one of those pseudo "conservatives" do.
Yes, beauty is certainly still only in the eye of the beholder; and sin is certainly still only in the minds of the uneducated.
We all have the right to keep our beliefs, no matter how bizarre they are, but we all must learn to keep our baseless beliefs to ourselves, and to please, make room for others who do not share them, and kindly stay out of their space.
I do not know about the "God" that 'conservatives' adulate, but mine makes NO 'mistakes' that mankind needs to admonish, or correct.

By the time you look at these sites, the figures quoted above will have changed dramatically.
Also, as a point of interest, as of this day (1/10/11), besides the District of Columbia, there are only 4 (four) states that recognize same sex marriages: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Vermont.
All true leaders in equality, justice, compassion and the fortitude to stand against the conservative mentality. The fact that this movement needs to be such a great battle for justice and equality at all, is truly just another American shame.
This country should NEVER have the right to "vote" on allowing basic human rights to any portion of the population. It is an affront to our very constitution that brags about 'equality and justice for all'.
As of 4/9/2013 there are 12 states that have legalized same sex marriages.
There is no reversing this trend and in time the U.S. will grow up and join the more intelligent countries around the world who openly accept everyone as equals.
Now as of July 2014, there are 14 states and D.C. that have legalized same sex marriages - and still counting.
We all must embrace the future and try to live in peace and harmony with ourselves and with others.
