Georgia Vs Obama

Birth Certificate

It is claimed that this is not about the birth certificate, although in court peculiarities about it were raised.

As I understand it, a case was brought to court in Georgia, on the illegibility of President Obama to appear on the Presidential ballot.

The claim is that for a person to run for the office, they must be an American citizen. In this instance American citizen did not mean naturalized citizen.

The implication being that American citizen referred to a person whose both parents were American. In the case of President Obama, his father was not.

Court

The President did not appear in court for the hearing nor did anyone appear in his place to represent him.

The judge decided that he would here the case even in the absence of the President.

One of the points that were brought to the Judge was that it is a requirement by law, that all birth certificates be numbered in subsequent order. President Obama’s certificate had a higher number than those that appear on certificates of twins, born at the same hospital, the following day.

There was further evidence given as to when exactly the President’s social security number was allotted to him.

The question was brought up as to whether or not the President was impersonating a US citizen. This discussion was stopped though when it was pointed out that that could only be determined by a Federal criminal investigation.

It was speculated that the President never had met the criteria for occupying the Oval Office and that Congress were remiss in allowing it to happen as it was contrary to the US Constitutional requirements.

Ruling

The Judge, Judge Malihi, said that he would release a formal “Default” judgment on Feb.5th; however the judgment would be in favor of the complainants as no defense was presented.

This judgment will mean that the Judge will recommend that President Obama cannot appear on a ballot list, in the State of Georgia. Which would mean that Obama, would not receive any popular votes or electoral seats, from that State.

The Secretary of State for Georgia has already stated that he would comply with any ruling that the Judge made.

The complainants are now urging people in other States to take similar action.

Will the 2012 elections truly be a one horse race?
