Romney's Rope-A-Dope of the Underclass

Updated on November 3, 2014

Political View from the Underclass

Romney’s Rope-A-Dope of the Underclass

If Romney had become the 45th President of the United States, what would the next four years been like? In the final debate candidate Romney agreed with the President on all major decisions made as the 44th President on foreign affairs, the economy, Regulations, his handling of the wars and America’s enemies. In my view from the underclass I couldn’t see anything but weakness intellectually, fear, and confusion. I thought, “This must be what his wife feared”. I wondered, why after such a disgracefull performance less than 24 hours ago, did he seem so happy and was claiming The White House?

I was confused by Romney, but I didn’t feel like I was alone in being confused by Romney. All I know is, in most cases there is one right way and many wrong ways in thoughts and actions. If Romney thinks Obama’s major decisions were all right, will he also always choose right or become confused by the many options? This is an important question since I officially joined the ranks of the underclass; when my health caused me to retire from driving big trucks. I’m now on social security disability and have been accused of feeling “Entitled” and not being a “Tax Payer”. Most, but not all underclass is undereducated. Most are White Americans and not people of Color. What most underclass has in common is poverty and the lack of understanding of American Politics. The poor who must struggle to make a living didn’t hear what Romney said before the last debate. They took this time to watch because it was the last debate and they heard it was the “Mother” of all the debates. The Underclass doesn’t pay attention until the last days. Politicians and Social Engineers always take advantage of that fact and save a lot of money for the last days and the Johnny come laters. There are millions of Johnny come laters in the final days. So, was it really very smart to agree and say he would do just as the President did, but there would be 12 million more jobs and better health care? Since he is talking to a few million of those underclass who don’t know what he said or stands for, why not say what he think he should say, to win? He also claims to be a man of Faith a Bishop, he should have heard “what would it profit a man to gain the world and lose his soul”.

I don’t think America will be America after four years of a Romney Presidency. I think as the President stated in the last debate, Romney always choose wrongly. The only way Romney and Ryan wins is with voter fraud and or suppression. That’s my view from the underclass.

If the Republicans win the Senate next month they will become so power drunk they will change America as we know it. The GOP will change voting in America as we know it and maybe Romney could become President in 2016. They will than repeal and replace the constitution and the Bill of Rights and the country will be Governed by Capitalist

I heard Romney might run again in 2016. That would open the door for McCain and Perry with Cruz bringing up the rear.

ImKarn, ib radmasters heard everything I said, his understanding is not as bad as it seems. He can't agree, his mission is only to disagree like the teaparty's mission in congress.

are you on fb? my best advice is to not argue with IB! His eyes, ears and mind are squeezed so tightly - there won't be a light or a sound to get in.

I know this from my own wasted efforts to be reasonable..

    sad but true...

ib radmasters, this is not a personal attacks. I would like you to read my hubs "Should the President take blame or take credit for the economy", "An underclass view of Obama and Romney" and " An underclass historical thought about President Obama". Here's a bonus read where I don't lift up President Obama, but mention why unemployment is so high and there are more of the Majority race on food stamps, " An underclass opinion of Republican-Teaparty Hogwash".This last comment you made on my hub, reminds me of Romney's got cha moment about libya when Candy bust his bubble. I just knew you had checked my profile and knew I was a liberal lover. Please, read and dispute my views with respect, if you can.

You don't make any arguments, compelling or otherwise.

Stop attacking me personally, and counter the argument that I have made in my comments here.

Start with Obama has Failed as President.

Maybe you could write a hub telling everyone about the accomplishments made during the Obama presidency.

ib radmasters, you oviously have an opinion that Obama is a failure. You know what they say about opinions and other holes. My opinion is different from yours, but quit crying about personal attacks that don't exist. You have a right to be wrong here in America, so right on. We don't agree, but we don't really need to agree for Romney or the President to win the election.

Obama has failed, and it is a fact when you compare his 2008 election promises with the results of his presidency.

Quite frankly, I don't have a clue what is meant by your comments. They are attacking me rather than my points.

How did you address my point about Obama being a failure? Certainly not with a statement about forum and hub.

How is Obama not a failure on his own election promises?

I am talking about Obama and you are talking about me. How is that commenting on my statement that Obama has failed?

How has president Obama spent this year? Has he implemented or tried to implement any of the 2012 election plans he intends to use if he is reelected. Why is he wasting this entire year, when he could have these plans he keeps talking about in his campaign and in the debates?

Stop attacking me personally, and counter the argument that I have made in my comments here.

Start with Obama has Failed as President.

Maybe you could write a hub telling everyone about the accomplishments made during the Obama presidency.

ib radmasters do you take the time to read my response to your comment before you comment again? I have not yet attack you about being just plain disagreeable. The Point you made was addressed and you missed the point I made about this not being a forum. Do you understand the difference in a hub and a forum? You keep making the same point everywhere you go on hubpages, he failed, he is a failure, he failed, he is a failure you are parroting. What is YOUR point?

President Obama has FAILED and he doesn't have a plan for success. If he did he should have implemented at least this year. But he was too busy with campaigning, fund raising and playing golf.

We don't know what Romney will do or how he will do as president, but Obama's presidential record of no accomplishments for the issues that he begged to be elected as president, are known to everyone.

Address the point, do not attack the commenter personally.

ib radmaster you are not commenting in a forum or debate where it's o'k to jump up and down and be as disrespectful as possible..I joined hubpages to write and assoiate with writers. Maybe you joined because you hate the President and anybody who don't hate him. Thats what I read in your writings. I welcome your comments about anything I write. My writings and ideas are debateable, I don't want to debate your ideas because I don't know where you are coming from, maybe I do know, I don't know. If you read more of my writings you would know where I'm coming from without a doubt, then don't just talk AT me, lets debate likes gentlemen. "iron sharpens iron" Now to respond to your comment: The President has been successful inspite of blue and yellow dog conservative democrats, the tea party and a do nothing congress. Romney's only success politically was driven by democrat controled state reps who wanted Romneycare, he lead from behind.. His record on tax hikes, employment, and education I know you don't want to mention. I know I'm not telling you anything you don't know, even Romney agrees with the President..

The public record for Obama is Rhetoric followed by FAILURE.

Romney doesn't have the Obama Rhetoric but he also doesn't have the Obama record of FAILURE.

Michele, If this election is decided by the majority race based on looks and not on past performance and directions, you should be worried about a Romney Presidency. Romney's Presidency should not be a serious consideration and would not be if Obama was named James and he and his family were of the majority race. John Sununu as much as said the vote is racial. When this ship sinks slaves of all colors will go down and the western world will change causing worldwide change again. Will God bless America again?

I couldn't believe my eyes or ears at the last debate, Mitt agreed with most of the President's actions. I hope every poor and middle class will go to the polls and vote for Obama, If not, It will be a sad day in America. Mitt cares nothing about the people, he wants power since he has all the money he needs. I was so proud of the President..Thank you for letting me voice my opinion...

    Hi Junko,

I live in Ohio and things are crazy here. The billboards ( owned by Bain Capital) about voter fraud that have been put up in mostly African American neighborhoods are going to be taken down. They were put up in Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati . We are worried about the voting machines. Both Obama and Romney have been here so many times it is amazing. Our phones are ringing off the hook. Most of them are about voting for Romney.

When it comes to jobs, well he gave them to China. Is he going to take them back from China to create jobs here? He also stated he is going to be "Tough on China" is that another lie?

He is going build up on our military so, taking jobs back from China, and being tough on China might not be a good thing, because he also has stated he wants to have more control over Iran.

Doesn't he know there is a connection with China and Iran? If he angers China (China gives Iran nuclear information in exchange for oil), then what will happen next.

I don't know. He does want to be the strongest leader of the strongest country in the world. How is he going to do that?

Sorry if I got a little off track. Romney does not care about the underclass at all.

But, the things he is saying about China, worry me.

Thanks H Schneider, I also agree with you on the disaster. I think he is intellectually weak and morally corrupted. The disaster will visit the wealthy also when America falls the wealthy will lose their wealth and consitutional freedoms and protections.

ib radmasters, I'm surprised you thought enough of this hub to comment. My thoughts on four years of a Romney Presidency must have gave you a visual. I know you know the last four years were better for the underclass and the Nation than it would have been if Romney won in 2008. Now, don't give another forum type comment here. Some political Forum comments are misleading Romney-like debate statements.

billybuc, I don't think it's as close as they say it is. I believe it's all part of the set up to steal the elections. Remember all other polls said the republicans lost Florida in 2000. All but this new reality news network called fox news. The fix is on now through election day and the President will get no bounce from the last debate.

Hi Junko. It's so important that everyone vote. Did you know the voting machines in ohio are owned by Romney's son Tagg Romney who said he would like to hit Obama in the face? Go http://www.signon.org. There is a petition there you can sign asking the Department of Justice to investigate the machines in Ohio.

It will be an interesting election. Six months ago I would have said it won't be much of a race at all; it sure has gotten close all of a sudden. Still, I hold out hope that this country will come to its senses on November 6th and bring Obama back.
