No! Income tax in and of itself is an arbitrary and therefore unconstitutional tax. It was adopted during WW2 to assist in the war effort with the promise that the tax would be removed after the war ended. We currently pay more to our government than serfs paid to their lords in the Middle Ages. If my kids can't manage their allowance, am I supposed to give them more money? My income gets taxed before I see it. Then, no matter where I spend it I pay an additional tax on sales, property, investment income, retirement, etc. The fact that every dollar we make is double taxed makes it unconstitutional.
