Do you think COP21 meeting in Paris will have any real effect on climate change in the next 5 years?
Given the history of past international meetings on climate change, do you think the COP21 Paris meeting will have any significant impact on climate change? If so, why?
What nature has put together, man can and did mess it up.
The bulk of the population is in Asia, and they are just coming into the age of dirty manufacturing.
China has it real bad, as we could see in the Olympics that were held there. Carbon trading makes a joke out of trying to change the carbon in the air.
I agree China and India are a big part of the pollution problem. Will COP21 make a difference with these countries? How will they comply with self reduction guidelines?

I'm confused. I've read and heard arguments that global warming is really just part of a natural temperature change process for the earth. I've also read that it's completely man-made? Is it one or both of these? Please explain.
