Some military desk officers are not real soldiers, so what if they find them self on front line?

The job of desk officer (eg. lawyer) is not real soldier jobs, despite they are part of military. These position, start off as Lieutenant, some such as army doctor and nurses, still require formal officer training (1 year course), but others not so much. Years ago, right after graduating with a Bachelor in Public Relationship, I wanted to try out for the air force's public relationship department(I didn't went through with it, because the idea of going into the military freak my mum out) despite they start u off as a Lieutenant, u only get 1 week basic training, less then a private
