CBO projects the unemployment rate to climb to 8.9% during the 4th quarter of 2012, and up to 9.2% through the 4th quarter of 2013.
5.6% will be achieved in 2017. 5.3% in 2022.

For fun, I took the CBO's projection chart, and put on top of it the chart that Obama's advisers gave us while pushing for the stimulus.
The dark blue line is what we were told would happen with all the economic stimulation. What's worse, is the CBO line doesn't count the new throngs of discouraged workers that we have.
Even discounting discouraged workers, we aren't projected to come down to Obama's 8% 'peak' until mid-to-late 2014.

This week Biden will step up and give his State of The Union Speech... Maybe he should be more careful than he has been in regard to making claims he walked into an economic mess. He may also do some math in regards to jibs numbers before COVID and today --- Joe better consider the facts checkers...

The gist of the new Congressional Budget Office, (CBO), report on the effects of Obamacare on the U.S. economy is that it will cause a reduction in works hours equivalent to about 2 million jobs by 2017.Here is just one link from a Washington Post story: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/plu...

Who believes that the latest job numbers and the lowered unemployment rate are even real?It is odd that these numbers have improved after Obama bombed at his debate. Jack Welch who is CEO was very bold to speak up about it and he's right. It doesn't seem that we can trust any published...
