   I guess that this was not politically expedient on Billy's part? In a pig's eye!
   These evangelicals claim to be 'holier than thou" but turn out to be blatantly partisan and spew hypocrisy on one side of their mouth while speaking about Jehovah and Jesus on the other. THESE are the kind that the scriptures warn us about. I guess Satan himself is a better candidate than this Black and "socialist" President.

         Hi, sabre, it just seems that one of the most important areas of life where principle must rule over political expediency is being violated by a man who in age and experience should be representing the interests of his flock in a better fashion. The fact that they can turn coats so easily makes me wonder about their sincerity in anything they say or profess.

   If a Jenday you mean the oppression of anyone who is not a white malethen I can see your point. Hopefully the American Christians of today can pray and accept divine guidance instead of believing the hate pushing man.

      Christianity's biggest problem are those that don't walk the talk. They sully and soil an otherwise beautiful message and make many turn away from organized religion, which is just what is said in the scriptures, a false harlot that sells her charms to the highest bidder.
      
      If the evangelicals knew about the some of the less commonly understood aspects of Mormon mysticism, they would recoil in disgust. You won't see that on the political ads. After all, they were certainly beating up on Obama as the "Muslim" and such. You got to be willing to take it if you can dish it out.

         He is an Evangelist, so of course he thinks any other religion is a cult.  He just isn't pushing it as a major plank of his ministry any more. It's all in the article OP linked to.
