Is it too much to ask that liberals and conservatives get along just a little? I'm wondering if there are any in between folks out there? Is it possible to be both and not so far to the left or right?
You are right. It is all the post and forums I have seen lately that just make me wonder if we will ever be able to get to a middle ground. The economy and gun control it seems that you hear the most from folks that are so extreme in either side. I just want to know if the middle can make a loud noise too!!
Most folks of all persuasions do get along. It's just that those few that don't get along are the ones that create all the ruckus, and thus get all the attention. So it goes...

Why can't we let the past go?If you look at all the conflict in the world, alot is based on long past history. For the most part people fighting today had nothing to do with past wrongs, so why cant we let the past go and find new frienship rather then hatred?

Why can't some people be objective when evaluating political candidates?I just finish reading an op-ed on the New York Times by the pollster Frank Luntz especally the comments section at the end by readers. It occurs to me how so many people are skewed by their politics and refuse to be objective....
