If you've never heard of Raef Badawi (or Raif) - he's convicted in Saudi Arabia for insulting the Islam by blogging. But what he did was mainly asking critical questions. His punishment is 10 years in jail and 1000 lashes. These 1000 lashes are spread over twenty weeks to make sure he will suffer enough.
Since we're all writers here on Hubpages and like to write about our thoughts in freedom, help to get him free from this barbaric punishment. What you can do is share links on Social Media or sign a petition here.
Let's show the world how powerful the Hubpages community is!
