If you think this government is working. Please explain to anyone why the average person earns less wages today, than 35 years ago?  Why is the cost of living gone up ten times? Most people do not like their jobs or find it unsustainable along with housing and dealt. It gets worst, by the time you’re a senior, 90% of us are dead or dead Broke.

Most big trees, big fish and most earthlings are dead (except humans) since 1970” Yet, for the first time in modern human history our life expectancy has been shorten. Why? Do most live in fear of Synthetic Corporate/Government Gods? We obey like zombies, robots or sheep, when each of us could be king of our own domain? We know the America Dreams, US Dollar, Oil Energy will not work in the long run. How about the Wars on Drugs, throw away products and so on... Is it not healthier to educate and give treatment rather than give up to the Government’s punishment of a 1000 new laws..

The largest GDP earner in America is the USA Government. Its largest booming business run by our real owners- Multi Corporations. Their USA Military complex being the World's largest public and private employers with 3.2 million. The fastest growing business in American is the prison complex With 2.3 million people locked up, and nearly 800,000 employees. They locks up mostly non violent criminals for plant related drugs. The prison Complex now employs Prisoners to recycle toxic electronic equipment and overhaul military vehicles. When 95% of crime is occupational compared to street crime of 5%. How often can you imagine corporation or Wall Street criminals get lock up for creating proverity and pollution? They tax us to fund a war, in order to steal other countries drugs or oil. Just to prove to us stealing, murder and drugs are wrong when they are the world Champions at it. I’m world class sculptor and builder of green affordable houses. It’s as essential service as much or more than a cop. Yet a cop makes 10 times more than I do, and if I were a world class accountant or lawyer I would make millions

The USA state is the WORLD’S leading terrorist state. You are eight times more likely to be killed by a cop then all the terrorist groups combined. To name a few - Wall Street, Phineas Priesthood,Jewish Defense League, Earth Liberation Front, Army of God, Black Liberation Army, Sovereign Citizens, The Crip, KKK and hundreds more. We are more likely to kill yourself than all the wars, murders and terrorist acts of individuals or groups combined. Are times that suffering? Who is protecting who?

Money is only 1/5 of my life equation; a bio organism being comes first for bad food and lack of exercises’ are most likely to kill eh, than all above ways to die in this thread. I live off grid, green and never vote as two more or lesser evils, don't make it right.  Other Life Equations is personal skills development of the intellect, spiritual, relationships combined with services to find and implement the proper solutions. It’s not end of the earth, yet be prepared for a deep depression,

    What are your plans?.
Sorry for a crabby day, it will get better.

I don't know if anarchy is the answer to the countries problems as that is the total opposite of getting involved to fix it. I think the first thing we need to do is open dialog without prejudice or bias. The greed has overcome any of this type of conversations. I love it when someone says saving the environment is too costly for jobs and therefore we should ignore it. Hello! Without clean air and water who even needs a job? The government is not ours. It is run by the oligarchy elite and they want us to stay fat and stupid as it is a convenient way to keep us at each others throats and not messing it up for them. The news is run by them, the banks are run by them and what is becoming more prevalent is that they don't even need us to vote for them.

We need to make the government of the people again and we have to work on this as hard as we can.

Term Limits, Publicly Financed Campaigns and Lobby Reform is our only hope.

The rich won't understand untill it's their kids become too sick or too dead to do anything.
When the America dollar become worthless, a degree of anarchy will happen in the western countries, an adjustment of some kind of rules will follow. It's a good time to invest in a third world country or keep your salts gun for your garden and house, near by.

Greed has been the greatest unbalance of nature and humanity throughtout history. I'm not against anything, yet not for it. Most people already know things are not going to get better, but have no idea what to do about it..

I Can't join the greedy, although can hide from them and much of their data base. It start from healthy grassroot people locally then moves on to Globally and then to other super power "Global Puclic Option" The only thing that will change things for the better.

Green is the power of the people, greed dose not like that.
Yes, it will take alot of work.

I wish more people would come forward and say and do more. Why must one hide from most of the human’s population for protection, when we are social creature?

My daughter produced a fine art comic story about a woman who created herself into being a lawyer for nature. The women lawyer realized a huge lack of laws to protect the millions of species of earthling. She made this artist master piece at age 24, it took me to age 35 to make a masterpiece, called "Kingdom within".

So , I guess living in Canada makes you an expert on what should happen in America ?   Here's the thing , America is in such  a condition as it is because of too much voter apathy , which simply means WE have allowed our congress to run amuck from its original mission .  Corporate America   has gained too much power while  the voter has lost continuity in "running " our own country .   If and when American's economy  crash's,  yours  will go with it  my friend !

Made most of my money in the USA and lived there for many years. Kick out for not building A war sculpture for GW Bush.

Canada's no better, a friendly dictatorship.. mmm.. less violent yet still one of the worse Police state in the G-20. I had trouble in the  last town living in. Refused to be a witness over a grow-op, they threaten me many times with imprisonment. Last month got a $250 ticket for Jay walking and a $450.00 fine for sleeping in my truck. I guess they rather me crush and burn falling asleep at the wheel.

Most already know we are all screwed, Yes, we will all crush and burn, then start over with something better. What we do to limit the suffering for our friends and family is next best thing we can do.

Castlepaloma, the government is messed up, yes, but it's not the source of the problems. It's only the facilitator -- the puppet. The real problem resides in the shadows, buried in Wall Street. The real source of the problems goes by names like Rockefeller and Rothschild.

Many of our financial problems began over a century ago with the enactment of the private Federal Reserve System which has enriched the bankers and eroded the value of the dollar ever since.

The dollar is currently debt-based, rather than gold or silver based. With the U.S. debt well over $17 Trillion, we have no hope of ever paying it off, especially because every dollar created comes with debt attached. You can never pay off the debt; it will only get bigger and bigger. The bankers get first use of the money, so they get the most benefit. They're able to create new money out of nothing by loaning out ten times what they have -- fractional reserve lending. So, even your local bank gets into the act of creating debt-based currency from nothing.

The government is also corrupt, because elements within it break the laws regularly. Ed Snowden was only one example of whistleblowers revealing the crimes of the government and being outlawed, while the real outlaws are ignored by the mainstream media and the law enforcers (breakers?).

9/11 was an inside job, just like Operation Northwoods would have been. We now have so much evidence that proves this, it's amazing that someone hasn't already been arrested. At least Giuliani should have been arrested for felony destruction of crime scene evidence. The trucks were removing evidence from the largest crime scene in American history starting on the evening of 9/11. And the top military officers responsible for the massive security failures on 9/11 were all given promotions instead of courts martial. Rewarding incompetence with incompetence? Or rewards for complicity in the murder of 3,000?

The only party in the U.S. government is the Corporate Party. It has two divisions -- the Demopublicans and Republicrats, but these are merely superficial dressing to keep alive the illusion of choice, while the policies most important to the Corporate Party hegemony persist no matter who is in office.

The key planks of the Corporate Party:
    * Protect the private central bank
    * Protect bankers
    * Increase wars
    * Increase tyranny (Patriot Act, HR347, NDAA2012, etc.)
    * Increase bureaucracy (TSA, Homeland Security, etc.)
    * Take out the competition (lies, murder, etc.)

As corrupt as the government is, abolishing it and starting over may be the best idea. A new Continental Congress. But it would be best to do this before the Debt Bubble bursts.

While I agree that to be prepared for  a fall of our  economic system isn't a bad idea  , you guys are barking at trees when you continue on the rants about the Boogy man -GW  Bush  and friends ,  I am more concerned that a lack of conscientious family upbringing  ,  of voter apathy as adults and of the decline of the better work  ethics  it takes to maintain  the once  hugely  popular  idea of the American dream .

But  to abolish the government ! Can't you guys see that in order to do that - you would actually have to   have enough people care to follow you into the march .,which goes against that which I  just pointed out . . Not enough voters  care .

Lets resume our original  public responsibilities , get out and vote !   Less than half , generally ,  of eligible voters  assume this responsibility !   The greatest amount of voter Anti - participation , is at the local , "town hall " voting . The tax hounds in this country are allowed to run amok !  That's your problem , it's boring , its anti- climactic . But its a necessary  privilege in a free country !  The responsibility of a free and socially idyllic atmosphere in this  nation, is yours !   Apathy is what got  YOU to this place , not GW Bush , not  wall street , not the cops , not the military.

I asked why not abolish Government in order to find a better balance solution. Could have asked “let release all the criminal back into our communities” Of course people would think that is an insane idea. Yet many ideas would come forward and give ideas of what to do with our prisoners. What can we do about our owners, who enslave us?

Right now, most are to busy paying bills to do anything, most being enslaved in jobs they do not like. They have debt they can’t pay off in their life time. We are treated like we all potential terrorist, wail being check in many building and transportation trip we take. It’s all in our face now. Like most, you know it’s going to get worse and all headed to a depression.
Still even all that seem hopeless, I do have faith in people collectively, who will find something better within 10 to 15 years.

.....What can we do about our owners, who enslave us?.....

In the last couple of years the plutocracy has doubled their income because of the choices of the government to prop up the economy through no interest loans from the Fed. This is the basis by which our country is failing.

We on the other hand would rather fight over ideology and re elect those who don't even consider it a hindrance when furthering their own carriers and wealth. The crux of the matter is that it is about the argument and not the results. We speak of gridlock and corruption with the politicians but we are guilty of it ourselves. This wonderful idea of self government has been superseded by greed and power.

We have the tools for the reconstruction of the republic but yet we stay our hands with our animosity.

Term limits, publicly financed elections and lobby reform is our only hope!

Abolish? do you mean overturn? No one could abolish the government

We are not in an economic recession,

In July 2014 Pres. Obama said when asked if we were in a recession: Quote “Again, this is flat-out wrong. We are not in a recession. A recession is technically defined as two straight quarters of a declining Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Over the last four years, we have had only two total quarters of a declining GDP. And the last one was not negative, so even if the next one was, we would not be in a recession”.End Quote
    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the … but-still/
Quote "The recession question, as you might or might not presume, is asking people whether or not the United States is currently in a recession. It is not, but a very strong majority of people regularly say that it is -- and it's been that way for years. " End Quote

When people hold onto their money, and refuse to buy, they create a recession by doing so. in turn, causing what they don’t want.

Threads like this, if believed could cause people to stop spending money, and that would be sad since we’re not in a recession or depression

I think people are making more today than ever, not less, just my opinion

My dear what constitutes the GDP? The GDP in most cases is the money lending and interest that results from it. We are spending on the military for items we don't need such as airplane's that don't work but have got a few congressmen in their pockets to keep it going. What we are doing is increasing our debt and buying junk from wall street charlatans who are getting rich from it. While the ledger shows positive growth the negative downside is lost in the fracas. This is all a Ponzi scheme that has had congress open the floodgates once again under the new budget bill that allows the derivative market to regain much of what it lost with the repeal of much of the Dodd/Frank bill to curb it. Middle class Americans are not growing their income which stagnates as the top 1% exponentially increase theirs.

Who's fault is this. OURS! We had a chance in November to change out some of the self seeking slime in Congress but WE chose to continue in our idiocy. Why? Because we want these slime bags to give us something we want and not what is good for the country. You say how can I make that statement? With at best a 11% approval rating of Congress we re elected 97% of the slime bags. How do you account for that other than our own greed voting the bums back in?

Term limits, publicly financed campaigns and lobby reform is our only option. We have to be forced to make some good decisions for a change.

We sold our freedom for fascism, adding a few history lessons from hard working artist, below.

Not a hermit or against anything. Just not for anyone or group telling me what to or how I must think, as I’m not harming anyone. We are too afraid to say anything, that is why were headed to depression.  We are slaves when authoritarianism kills greater than criminals and terrorist do,

      Today.
We are way beyond economic recession; we are falsely voluntary slaves for life. Peel off the label corporatism/Government we are moving toward communism, Nazism and authoritarianism. A characterized by or favoring absolute obedience to authority. They are against individual freedom: lead by their authoritarian regime

When Obama double the debt in which took the entire American presidents to accumulated from the past 200 years.  It means Obama has immunity like all puppet president as each passes the problem down to next best elected lying slime of two evils. Why not? American greatest pastime is lying. When we live a lie, we allow the next child to be born with $50K in Debt like nowadays. We were born into slavery when we our great grandparent sold our ownership by way of birth cerifcant as they own all waterways including your mother water birth cannel.  All our majorly ID, This ID is not your true name, as our true name not written in Capital letters.

We have sold our freedom to homeland security for a price far too high. We have forfeit our freedom and security. Our public are treated like terrorists when they are the leading terrorist  in the world. When you’re being pulled over by the police and you have not broken any laws. Do you think he is honestly doing this for your safety rather than adding to your debt? I rather deal with the muggers, for there is less in my pocket then in my bank account.

Threads like this, give other alternative ways of spending money more wisely, from a recession toward an unstoppable depression. Yes, We are making more money than ever before and it’s not going in favor of the Middle class nor the Poor. It only leaves us fighting with each other as the rich walk away with our money.

The gist of your text in this response is very familiar. It is lacking in key elements that created much of the Nazism that took over Germany in WWII. Mein Kampf had a lot of this rancor when identifying the Bourgeois upper class and their lack of realizing the lower casts plight which made it easy for Hitler to trample over governmental protocol and legal precedence after the Great Wars crushing defeat and recompense due to it. With the sword rattling and threat from the militia groups hopefully this will not become a choice.

Castle , Quite simply put and yet little understood is that capitalism is based almost entirely on the basis that an economy and  with it any and all  economic transactions are entirely  voluntarily and  contractual , each and every monetary transaction in this vibrant  western economy is  a contract .Thus a   Self Imposed Contract !  Buy a loaf of bread at the store - you are entering a contract . An invisible one as it may be ! But an entirely voluntary one it is !

Which in the end means you and I are  then voluntarily a part of a mass economic system , in north America at least , All this talk about being a slave to a system is such  Horseshyte  !  Want out - fine ,  all you have to do is unhook  - but at least be man enough to admit that this system that you love to hate,     Is as much your fault , Your own involvement as anything could be !  If there is a better system of government  , of and economic success in this  world ?  It won't be found in a  rebuilt hippy commune in Canada or anywhere else - why ?   Because you still will have to participate in this  capitalism , to one extent or another !

And another thing , If capitalism were to ever collapse ,  It would be long after every other system does !    Especially those that try  to evade capitalism , while living with all the  fringe benefits  inside of or on the edge of capitalism ! Good luck to your commune though ,  might check out the success stories  of the ones before your idea of one though  ?

....capitalism is based almost entirely on the basis that an economy and  with it any and all  economic transactions are entirely  voluntarily and  contractual....

This is a statement that has a basis in the past. While it was true it is also impossible to live off the grid. You have to participate to survive. What of retirement? When you become too feeble to fend for yourself what assets will you have acquired to survive when you become too old or sick to thrive? The true result of capitalism is greed where it is based. The need to capitalize on your net gains is always in the forefront. That leaves little room for charity or equal concerns.

If you are unwilling to pay the price of living off the grid, don't do it.  It is still a voluntary action whichever choice you make.  If you require a safety net for retirement or illness, then you are voluntarily tying yourself to the system.

          The choice remains yours.

Oh no.  Because you are on your own does NOT mean you can steal from others.  Morality still exists.  You will have to find land that is either unowned or no one cares if you live there, which is why I suggested northern Alaska.  Or perhaps northern Canada.  You could, I think, live in some of the wilderness areas of the lower 48, but cannot build your hovel.  You will have to be a nomad or stay in a cave.

Your choice, if you decide to eliminate society from your life you can.

Taxes are not a problem - with no income you are not required to file.

You are still being impractical. My point is made exactly by your answer. No you can't live on another's land and while you don't have to pay taxes on no income. But you will be arrested for vagrancy if you have none. Though you may have enough of society, society still wants you. Your argument is ridiculous as is the premise.

Lets face it homeless people to some extent are nomads , those that chose to be at least . If your resources [$ ]  are enough you could semi-unhook !   But most of us are too attached  to the system . Running water , power ,  food ,  I  actually love it when I see someone  living independent of  this society , hell I would too ,  but  you'll have to settle for semi- reducing your dependence  to this world !  Unless you can find your way through the taxes and hard costs of owning the land .

Who is the Boss and who is the servant, you or Government?.
The secret for me is filling my desires wail living off grid ,The super power of the synthetic  greedy will play out against the green living, the real power for the people. My last stand is off grid maximized my happiness and profits wail  minimizing suffering and cost.

American piracy started with Columbus who stole lands, gold  and enslave natives for the Queen of Spain. Many other founding Americans started out as slave owners who wanted to be free. :Gold: who possesses it, has all he needs in the world, as  means of rescuing souls from purgatory [1891] the native population had been reduced to 2.5% of its original ...the world’s greatest genocide.

Today America new gold is the American dollar backed by Oil, Banker/Government and all the other greedy cartel corporation are the new debtor slave owners. They do not do it for money; they can print all the free money they want. They do it for power and aim to run everyone’s lives in the world. Today other Gold IS Marijuana (or other green plants) the greatest way to be imprisonment is by way of marijuana (the Mexican drug) use to deport Mexican back in the 30s. Today more Mexican are killed at the boarder than Afghans.  Afghans opium is worth 60 million dollars a barrel.  The super power of the synthetic  greedy will play out against the green living, the real power for the people.

They are coming for your homes and the 100 million baby boomers pensions; Next they will claim the water, air and your soul too.  Next after that the Government Federates will claim off grid living is illegal.

These parasite profiteer crooks will have a hell of a time turning me into the night of the living homeless zombie or robot slave. After spending most waking hours being green , middle class  and world class artist. This State will meet their worst nightmare with hell to pay, trying to take my soul away.

If you make your living as a world class artist you are not living off the grid. The truest sense of living off the grid is not participating in the economy and society. Living off the grid is planting and hunting for your food. Since owning land requires paying land taxes however small they are, you would not have an income to support that. Being a world class artist means you trade with the world for your talents. Therefore you are very much a part of the society as you have become independent economically to do so.

So don't own any land.  Lots and lots of land available for nomads, "camping" as they go.

I would not camp in Siberia like weather in Saskatchewan. Living homeless like, you would not survive the year. We have all the moderated facilities except a hairdryer which dose not work well with my beautiful natural hair anyways.

My taxes per year is $60 off grid, some people I know pay more on grid housing tax than I do on renting a share room wail in the city. In Calgary the average apartment rent cost you 65% of your wages. An average house cost $500,000 add running cost, mortgages, taxes, and hook ups with housing turnover every 9 years.  You're looking at a million and a half $ spending in your life time, not counting your second mortgage you’re likely to take out. I bet I can save most of the money I earn off grid compared to someone on grid with a debt for lifestyle.

Being an artist is advantage of building in a Aesthetics/lifestyle, no more. Anyone could buy an Off-grid small town properties in Saskatchewan with 60 properties to choose from under $10,000 These places are within an hour’s drive of a big city for work, coming out way ahead compared to buying an on-grid property. That cuts out the 150% gangster mortgage profiteer. For what you pay down payment on an on grid house you could buy a complete 3500-watt wind and solar electrical system and water, greywater and human waste system, certainly fits into this ethic.

For me it’s self-sufficient and teaching my artist daughter how to be green. Also it’s about making money as an artist, also earning on artist and eco homes workshops. Always dreamed of having our own art gallery for my kid and I.

Hunting and fishing cost too much money. Growing your own food and raising animals, fish farming will save most of your food or hospital bills. More often I trade skill for other skills and food for other kinds of food or anything without taxes, we call it gifts. Being dependences, and king of your own freeman domain. Is better than running as fast as you can on a hamster treadmill, working for the whitewash money madness system. People are checked like terrorist for reefers or weapons of mass destruction, when real terrorist are taking our balls away.

I do often think that IF we could all , left and right , get it together in America , we could easily reclaim our country from  an evil  and monetarily engrossed  congress !   It really wouldn't be that hard either . The voting public could , if it so willed ,  engage each side  conservative and liberal  ,  to take back our government !

Term limits ,  or simply begin voting certain influences out of office , whatever ...........!

When they say their cleaning up the streets , they don't mean Wall Street.
After the Lawyers, Politician Military and Cops - GO HOG WILD!!!
Then we can come in and clean up their mess and they can go back to being our good servants.

It could be done of course.  But it won't be - those same evil personalities in Congress are satisfying an equally evil part of society that forever wants but won't give.

Until we learn that there is a price for everything we will keep electing the politicians that contrive to take from someone else to satisfy our own individual wants.

We don't need to be liberal or conservative, democrat of republican to agree on term limits. It's about time to see if democracy works.

Signed.  But it won't work - our beloved masters will find a way to negate it whether signed by 10% of the population or by 99%.  Their jobs mean too much to them.

Idaho voters already did this (although not a constitutional amendment) for their state legislature; it didn't last 3 weeks before it was annulled by the legislature.

Giving our slave masters way too much credit. Deep down you know you will not make a good slave. Although we need to wait out their further abuse before most people get too sick and tired of our world champion BS Gods from harming us. Abuse is the only thing that has changed people for the better throughout human history.

Whether or not I would make a good slave is immaterial; the large majority of people in the country (with the large majority of votes) are already slaves and want it that way.
