Politics is all about governing and guiding the people in a manner that justifies their role as 'leader' and in turn that facilitate the citizens to perform their duties. Governance is an aftermath of the electoral process, it should have the essence of people's participation and must ensure the prerequisites with regard to leaders and the citizens. We can put it in a nut shell, for effective Governance the leaders and the citizens should have a developmental relationship which nourishes proportionately with the time and demanding situations.
