    What do you believe to be true, innocent until proven guilty or the opposite?

    Do you have to prove yourself innocent or do they have to prove you guilty? The law says innocent until proven guilty.

    I know what the Law says, but the people say you must prove yourself innocent! I Think it is human nature to believe the worse in people. I too find myself guilty of this at times.

    I think it should be "innocent UNLESS proven guilty".  Using the word "until" makes it sound like a foregone conclusion that you ARE guilty.
