I don't see an answer. The Supreme Court Rulings tend to stick until there is massive support to overturn them. Look at Rowe vs. Wade... I don't see that happening.
All we can do as people is ignore the Candidate Messages that are clearly influenced by big spending and always vote for the best person.
Vote for the candidate that will do the right thing for the country. Look at what Judges will be retiring during that elected official's tenure and vote accordingly. Other than that there is not much we can do if they are appointed for life.
