I do...but who knows what's best anymore.  This guy is a gullible fall guy, yes he must be prosecuted, but more time needs to be spent finding out who brainwashed the guy.  Who or what organization is behind him recruiting a dozen more waiting in the wings.

This is not a new enemy, Americans need to pull their collective heads out of our butts and realize there are people in the world willing to give up the ultimate price to wipe us off the map.

I believe terrorists should not be treated as criminals but as terrorists. This is a war, not a bank robbery.

anyone who commits an act of war against our nation should not be given the rights of any citizen here. if i went there and just spoke against their government or religion, they would just kill me without trial. the extremist are a crazy lot.
look up this story if you can.
a bus driver and union head was tired of the poor pay and working conditions the government put on his people. he decided to try and strike against the powers that be in the form of a union strike. he was dragged out into his front yard, his tongue was cut lengthwise many times. then his family was brought out to witness his head being chopped off. that was in iran about 2 years ago.
do you want to give rights to that kind of people????

Bin Ladin declared war on the United States in the late 90s!!  We still refuse to acknowledge it.  These people are war criminals.  I heard a good quote a couple of weeks ago, " we treat our citizens as terrorist and the terrorists as citizens!"

It depends what kind of tactics were used against him.  Generally I disagree with the idea of terrorists being treated as US citizens.  I just wrote a blog entry about KSM that is very relevant, check it out and let me know if you agree.

The Constitution applies only to CITIZENS of America. I think it is insanity to give terrorists the same rights as citizens.

As long as they catch them and make them go away, I am for it.

Shoe-bomber prosecuted in court... very correct.   Rule of law!

It is very correct and Iraq has proved that it is the land where the code of Hammurabi was written.
