Is Barack Hussein Obama ineligible to be president?

Pastor Manning's trial in NYC provided evidence that Obama traveled to Indonesia and Pakistan in the 1980's with a Kenyan Passport. Looking to confirm that evidence.

I don't think anyone really knows.  I am shocked to find out that individuals who are elected to this office are never made to prove their place of birth and citizenship.  I do not believe that was the original intent.  I think our other branches of government are not doing their jobs in the checks and balances scenario as it was originally set up.  As for Obama, the fact that he is unwilling to produce a birth certificate to alleviate the question of his birth is rather bothersome.  It reeks of something that must be hidden from prying eyes.  He speaks of transparency yet hides things that he feels are of no consequence. In my mind, he loses my confidence and faith in his skills as a leader. His focus on more on the hiding than on the transparency.  But this is spilled milk now.  The question should have been asked by the proper authorities prior to his oath of office and the documents proving his birth into citizenship should have been produced. This does not mean they necessarily needed to be make public but simply examined and verified by the appropriate authority.  Thanks. WB

On Barry's own website http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/bi … icate.html  it indicates that due to the British nationality Act of 1948, Barack Hussein Obama Jr. was born a British subject, just like all his siblings.

According to our constitution, only a "natural born citizen" can be President. According to the definition of that term, as used by our founding Fathers, that meant that one had to be born on US soil and to two American parents.
Therefore, John McCain was not eligible either, as he was born in Panama and not in a Naval Hospital. It wasn't built yet.
The Democratic Party knows all about it. Nancy Pelosi altered the nomination papers to 49 states to eliminate the phrase "the nominee is constitutionally eligible" the only correct nomination paper was sent to Hawaii.
It was a quid pro quo.
