I think it is Everyone's responsibility to take care of homeless kids and kids in need. I would prefer for each church to come together, within each community, and start a group that addressed this problem.
Part of the money from offerings and tithes could ensure that no kid would be homeless. This would be a beautiful project. People from each church could volunteer to help, so the project would not take a lot of money. I hope this helps. Have a good one.
