Certainly it will, but i doubt that it will be peacefully. Just look around the world.

Half of the nations was colonized and since last century step by step each nation rebelled and established independance.

Unfortunately many systems are instabile and corrupt, so that again people stand up and fight for their rights as you can see now in many north african nations.

But also in the western world political stability does not really exist.

Just think that already the Greeks 3000 years ago had democracy and even Rome more than 2000 years ago was a Republic.

These systems always tend to fail and to be replaced by oligarchy, electoral or absolute monarchies as happened in Europe.

But also with view to modern times look close.

France has already the fith Republic. The Netherlands two centuries ago were a Republic, but things did not worked out and so its today again a Kingdom. Russia rebelled in 1917 and became the USSR, but after the German Union failed and became the Commonwealth of Independent States. Germany tried civil war in 1848 but failed, the emperor could rule till 1918 till the next revolt. Then in 33 another dictator came, and since 46 Germany is now again a republic.

So whoever takes over politic in Kashmir or elsewhere it always will not be for eternity.

Kashmir has a democratically elected government although some part of it pak occupied (POK).Any efforts to solve the problem diplomatically is weaked by cross border terrorism and propaganda by pakistan. The kashmiri pandits have been threatened and driven out of kashmir and are living as refugees in their own country. The return of peace a prosperity in kashmir is difficult in the near future.
