If the US Government gave you a choice to where to send your tax dollars, where would you choose?
Naturally the Government would say to Washington. WITH THE MONEY IN WASHINGTON, which party do you believe would do a better job of managing the funds AND WHY do you select that party..
To the poor and homeless in America. A lot of people think that this group is shiftless and lazy, what they don't realize is that almost 4 million people were added to the poverty rolls in America from 2008 to 2009, and where they came from was the middle class. We sorely need new leaders in Congress, before they give the rest of it to the mammoth corporations.
I would want it split between National Security and medical aid for the older generation because Medicare is not adequate.
Neither party seems to be doing anyone any good at this point. I think both parties would do a better job of managing fund if their own salaries were not so inflated. They are so removed from the rest of us, how can they relate or care about the real world.
It would be better to burn it than distribute it to their cronies. But seriously, createperfection has a better idea. A lot of those newly poor are a result of the housing fiasco, where our current administration had the opportunity to lend the Trillion dollar bailout to those directly affected instead of giving it to the banks that made the bad loans. In the hands of the homeowners it could have stopped the foreclosures, propped the valuations, keep other homeowners from going underwater. But the banks provided substantial contributions to the candidates that became our current administration. And we’ll all pay for that mistake for years.
99% of our tax dollars should stay here with us. Fine to help our neighbors but when we send millions over seas and the American people are suffering and our dept is in the trillions were are they getting this money? Printing up new? What did we do, borrow that money from China?
They are fighting over health care on the hill and in yesterdays news they are sending over $20 million to Libya.
All the party's are doing is drawing line in the sand. As long as feeding the rich and allowing the banks and wall street to fleece the American people things will not get better.
How can we take our government back? We keep voting in all these carrier politicians with deep pockets Its not of the people any more. Its them with the money.
