Would Popularity vote be good or bad in America's General Elections?
If as Hilary Clinton is suggesting; What impact on American life would take place if our general Elections were decided by Popularity Vote?
A rediculous question! It is not know how people reach their decision, of coure there is race, Party, looks, etc. B.O. got elected on BS, he truly said nothing of how he would do things. H
It should be by popular vote! I would hate to win the popular vote and lose the election.
