   Have you ever been stalked by someone?

   I have never been stalked, but worked in a court house as a victim advocate and saw lots of people who were, both men and women.

   I do not think so, but you never know about those things. I was a deputy sheriff.  I think the wise thing to do if you ever think you are being stalked is to report it to authorities. Give them some ideas who might be stalking you if your fortunate enough to have and idea.
   
   Cops never forget anything. They might pretend to forget something, but they have minds like computers. Something will stick in their minds forever.
   
   Stalking is a serious crime. Bothering other people who simply want to be left alone is a bad thing to do.
   
   Fill the police in on what you think, and what you know, and that has bound to be some help.

   Yes.
   
   It is my ex-girlfriend. What I did was not following the normal routine of my daily life. So she expected me to go out at certain time or do certain things on whatever days. I change the entire life routine so it will be difficult for her to know.
   
   Finally it ended the stalking.

   Yes my Ex. went out with him for 11 yrs on and off should have stuck with being finished the first time, but I got so tired with the constant bombardment, & no support.
   When I was pregnant with his daughter. He went insane over the pregnancy. I ended up in hospital with stress related illness.
   He rammed my car off the road, he used to phone 250 times in 24 hours. He tried to strangle me and kicked me in the stomache, I went to a solicitor, it led to him being arrested, he got a caution, & told to stay away, it didn't, it wore me down, looking back now it was crazy.
   However women who live in abusive relationships and don't see it, I know why, you think your life is normal, and you are so tired you will do anything to keep the peace.
   
   Have not heard anything from him in 8 months. We have been over this time for 7 years, I have been in a relationship for 5 years, married 18 months.
