Would you keep ignatieff as your party leader if you were the liberal?
he's hurt the party worse then any other leader in a long time, would you replace him or let him try to bring things back around.
He was leader of the party when it suffered its worse defeat in history. He lost his seat to Parliament. He also lost the status of official opposition. Plus, he just resigned on live television this morning. There can be no denying that the Liberals have to find a) An interim leader that will lead their party between now and their next leader convention (probably in the fall).
b) A solid policy platform and then a leader to communicate it and execute it.
