If a politician continually tells half truths campaigning, would you vote for that politician?

Unfortunatley it seems that all politicians tell half truths while campaigning or apparently change there mind once they get into office.
I'm in agreement with Daffy Duck and the others. Since I've voted in the vast majority of the state, local and national elections in which I've been eligible to vote, my answer is yes.

Why do our elected officials, seem to continually be at odds, not with our best interest at heart?Is it paranoia on my part. or does it seem that congress now represents themselves and their own greed and not the majority of he American people and just when did this occur?
