How does body-art differ from race, gender or sex-ori. in judging the character of an individual?

Tattoos are the body-art in question.

If you're referring to the 'Tramp Stamp' (i.e. tattoos), this thing has gotten way out of hand in the US.  I blame the MSM for this.  I find Tramp Stamps,  where they are deliberately excessive, offensive. Time for gov't intervention!

I believe that judging someone based on appearance or sexual orientation is wrong. However, I do admit that tattoos can get very excessive when someone goes as far as to tattoo their whole body or even their face. I saw a guy on tv who tattooed his face like a tiger! I suppose that people with too many tattoos do get judged a lot and stereotyped into being metal heads or something like it, but in the end I believe the saying still stands "never judge a book by it's cover."
